We are looking for a Sales Executive/ Tele Sales Executive to contribute to the achievement of sales targets by supporting sales activities, initiating and closing the sales process successfully.
A successful Sales Executive/ Tele Sales Executive must have excellent organizational, administrative, and problem-solving skills. She must also possess robust communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.
Key Responsibilities
Approach our potential clients to inform about our services
Analyze client’s expectations and set meetings
Follow up on any sales quotations made for client, negotiate terms with the client at
a cost best suited for both of us.
Handle orders by phone or email,
and check the orders for correct prices
Maintain sales record, as a basis for report to the senior management team
Comply with the business ethics and pitch for whole package to clients
Desired Profile
Excellent articulation skills
Numerical literacy, comfortable in working with numbers
Excellent knowledge of excel, and should be able to prepare proposals
Sales experience mandatory
Knowledge of Asansol Market is must
Digital Marketing Knowledge is an added advantage
