Chinfin Nidhi Limited is seeking experienced and result-oriented Business Development Managers to drive deposit mobilization, gold loan business, and overall branch growth. The ideal candidate should possess robust networking abilities, customer relationship management skills, and experience in banking, Nidhi companies, NBFCs, gold loan companies, or other financial institutions.

Key Responsibilities
Mobilize deposits and investments for the company.
Generate new business through customer acquisition, referrals, and field marketing activities.
Source and promote gold loan business.
Handle the end-to-end gold loan process, including customer sourcing, loan documentation, valuation coordination, disbursement support, and loan renewal follow-up.
Build and maintain relationships with customers, investors, and business partners.
Conduct customer meetings and explain deposit schemes, investment products, and gold loan facilities.
Identify current market opportunities and contribute to branch business growth.




Ensure excellent customer service and compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
Coordinate with branch operations teams for smooth processing of deposits and loans.

Pay: ₹21,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
