The ideal candidate will be responsible for recruitment efforts, new hire orientation and onboarding, employee

termination, company policy and procedure adherence. In addition, you will build strong relationships with our

company's managers in order to help them with their human resource needs.

Responsibilities

 Develop and execute recruiting plans to fill open positions within the company

 Conduct candidate screening and assessment through resume review, phone screens, and in-person interviews

 Source and attract candidates through various channels, including job postings, social media, career fairs, and

networking events

 Use applicant tracking systems (ATS)



to manage candidate data and application statuses

 Manage the candidate interview process, including scheduling, feedback collection, and communication of next

steps

 Negotiate job offers with selected candidates, ensuring that compensation and benefits are competitive and in

line with company policies

 Stay up-to-date with current recruiting trends, best practices, and legal requirements, ensuring compliance with

all relevant regulations and laws.

Requirements

Qualifications

 MBA (HR) or equivalent experience in Human Resources, or related area

 Min 1 year of experience working in HR

 MBA (HR) mandatory

 Robust interpersonal and communication skills

Salary - 10,000/- to 20,000/-
