Job Summary We are looking for a proactive and experienced HR qualified to manage recruitment, employee relations, attendance, payroll coordination, and HR operations for our growing printing and packaging business. The ideal candidate should have experience handling workforce requirements in a manufacturing workplace and be capable of building a positive workplace culture.

Key Responsibilities ● Manage end-to-end recruitment for factory, office, and sales staff. ● Conduct employee onboarding, orientation, and documentation. ● Maintain employee records, attendance, leave, and HR databases. ● Coordinate payroll processing and statutory compliance. ● Handle employee grievances and disciplinary matters. ● Implement HR policies and ensure compliance with labor laws. ● Support performance management and employee engagement initiatives. ● Coordinate training and development programs. ● Prepare HR reports and maintain manpower planning records.



● Ensure smooth communication between management and employees.

Requirements ● Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. ● 2–5 years of HR experience (manufacturing industry experience preferred). ● Good knowledge of labor laws, recruitment, attendance, and payroll processes. ● Solid communication and interpersonal skills. ● Proficiency in MS Office and HR software. ● Ability to work independently and handle multiple responsibilities.
