Role Description
This is a full time in office role for a Sales Calling Executive based in Muzaffarpur. In this role, you will be responsible for reaching out to potential clients via phone, generating leads, building and maintaining relationships with customers, and closing sales deals.
You will also be required to update records of customer interactions and collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to improve outreach strategies and achieve team targets.
Qualifications
Solid communication, interpersonal, and persuasive skills
Proficiency in lead generation and cold calling
Ability to build and maintain customer relationships
Strong organizational and time management skills
Basic computer skills and CRM software experience
Goal-oriented mindset with proven track record of meeting targets
Previous experience in sales or customer service is a plus
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred but not mandatory)
