Job Description:

- Greet and welcome guests as they come and go.
- Be professional and pleasant while interacting with guests.
- Handle queries and address complaints effectively.
- Respond to any questions from guests, and follow up with guests to ensure their requests have been met to their satisfaction.
- Contact appropriate individual or department as necessary to resolve guest requests.
- Take part in training as in when required.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
