Job Summary

We are hiring result-oriented Education Counsellors / Career Development Advisors to guide prospective learners in selecting the right online degree or certification programs. This role combines consultative counselling with sales and focuses on lead conversion and student success.

Key Responsibilities

- Engage with prospective students through calls, emails, and meetings to understand their academic and career goals
- Provide accurate and personalized counselling on courses, universities, and career outcomes
- Guide students through the complete enrolment process from inquiry to admission
- Achieve monthly and quarterly enrolment targets
- Maintain and update student records using CRM tools such as LSQ, Salesforce, or Zoho
- Ensure timely follow-ups to maximize lead conversion
- Stay updated with market trends and competitor offerings

Eligibility Criteria

- Bachelors degree in any discipline (preferred: Education,



Business, Marketing, Psychology)
- 1–3 years of experience in education counselling, academic advisory, or sales (preferably in online education)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Good negotiation and persuasion abilities
- Familiarity with online learning platforms is an advantage
- Ability to work in a target-driven workplace
