Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced professional to manage warehouse operations, inventory

control, quality assurance, and product training activities for bio-fertilizer products. The role involves

ensuring accurate stock management, maintaining product quality standards, controlling inventory

movements, and supporting product training initiatives for internal teams, distributors, dealers, and

farmers.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Warehouse Operations & Inventory Control

- Manage daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, dispatch, and stock
- reconciliation.
- Monitor inventory levels and ensure accurate stock records at all times.
- Conduct daily, weekly, and monthly physical stock verification.
- Track batch-wise inventory, expiry dates, and shelf-life management of bio-fertilizer products.
- Investigate stock variances and implement corrective actions.
- Coordinate with logistics teams for timely dispatch and delivery.
- Maintain warehouse housekeeping and safety standards.

2. Quantity Control & Stock Accuracy

- Monitor inward and outward stock movements.
- Verify quantities during receipt and dispatch processes.
- Ensure accurate inventory updates in OBS/Excel systems.
- Prepare stock ageing, stock movement, and inventory utilization reports.
- Reduce inventory losses, damages, and wastage.
- Maintain FIFO/FEFO practices for inventory management.

3. Quality Assurance & Product Safety

- Monitor the quality of incoming and stored bio-fertilizer products.
- Conduct routine inspections and quality checks.
- Ensure compliance with SOPs and quality standards.
- Maintain quality records, audit reports, and corrective action documentation.
- Coordinate with production and quality teams for product-related issues.

4. Product Training & Technical Support

- Conduct product training programs for sales teams,



distributors, dealers, and field staff.
- Explain product features, benefits, application methods, dosage, and usage guidelines.
- Develop training materials, presentations, and product manuals.
- Collect market feedback and share insights with management.
- Assist in launching new products and conducting product orientation sessions.

5. Compliance & Reporting

- Ensure compliance with bio-fertilizer regulations and company policies.
- Maintain warehouse and inventory documentation.
- Submit daily, weekly, and monthly reports on stock, quality, and training activities.
- Support internal and external audits.

Qualifications & Skills:

Education:

Bachelor of Science (B.Sc) in Agriculture, Agro Products, or a related field.

Experience:

Minimum 2 years of experience in warehouse operations or quality control & experience in

product training in the bio-fertilizer industry.

Skills & Competencies:

● Solid understanding of bio-fertilizer composition, shelf life, and safety standards.

● Knowledge of warehouse logistics, stock management systems, and safety protocols.

● Good analytical and problem-solving skills.

● Proficiency in MS Excel and basic inventory management.

● Strong communication and team leadership skills.

Preferred Certifications (optional but advantageous):

● HACCP (Hazard Analysis Critical Control Point)

● ISO 9001 / ISO 22000

● Warehouse Safety Training Certification

Working Conditions:

● Work is primarily conducted in a warehouse environment, with occasional travel to other

storage facilities.

● Exposure to agricultural chemicals and organic bio-products (protective gear provided).

● May require weekend availability during peak inventory periods.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
