Job Summary

Sai Vikas Path Credit Co-Operative Bank is seeking a dedicated and result-oriented Loan Recovery Officer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing overdue loan accounts, communicating with borrowers, and ensuring timely recovery of outstanding payments while maintaining positive customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities

- Follow up with customers regarding overdue loan payments through calls, visits, and written communication.
- Negotiate repayment plans and settlement arrangements with borrowers.
- Maintain accurate records of collection activities and customer interactions.
- Monitor delinquent accounts and prepare recovery reports.
- Coordinate with branch staff and management regarding recovery cases.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and legal regulations during recovery activities.




- Handle customer queries related to loan repayment and account status.

Requirements

- Minimum Graduate in any discipline.
- Prior experience in loan recovery, collections, banking, NBFC, microfinance, or financial services preferred.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently and achieve recovery targets.
- Basic computer knowledge and report preparation skills.
