Job Title: After-School Teacher / Child Care Educator Working Hours: 3:00 PM – 6:30 PM

Job Summary: We are looking for a caring, responsible, and energetic teacher to manage and support children during our after-school program. The role involves receiving children after school, ensuring their safety and well-being, supervising snack time, and conducting tuition / academic support sessions in a positive and nurturing environment.

Key Responsibilities: - Receive and supervise children arriving from school buses. - Ensure safe pickup and smooth transition into the after-school program. - Provide and supervise healthy snack time for children. - Conduct tuition and academic support sessions according to age and curriculum requirements. - Assist children with homework and reinforce learning concepts. - Maintain discipline through positive guidance and encouragement. - Monitor children’s behavior, safety, and emotional well-being.



- Communicate important updates to parents and management when required. - Keep the classroom and activity areas organized and child-friendly.

Requirements: - Graduate / Diploma in Education or relevant field preferred. - Experience in teaching or working with children is an advantage. - Good communication and classroom management skills. - Patient, caring, and responsible attitude toward children. - Ability to handle multiple children calmly and efficiently. Preferred Qualities: - Warm and approachable personality - Strong organizational skills - Passion for child development and education

Timing: 3:00 PM – 6:30 PM

Pay: ₹2,500.00 - ₹4,000.00 per month
