We are looking for a detail-oriented and customer-focused Wedding Gifting Sales Coordinator to manage wedding gifting inquiries, coordinate with clients, and ensure smooth execution of gifting orders. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, sales coordination experience, and the ability to handle multiple client requirements efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate with wedding clients to understand gifting requirements, budgets, and timelines.
- Assist the sales team in preparing quotations, proposals, and product presentations.
- Manage end-to-end order processing for wedding gifting projects.
- Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, packaging teams, and logistics partners for timely delivery.
- Maintain regular follow-up with clients regarding approvals, payments, and dispatch schedules.
- Suggest suitable gifting options based on wedding themes, preferences, and budgets.
- Track inventory availability and coordinate replenishment when required.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through prompt communication and issue resolution.
- Prepare sales reports, order trackers, and client databases.
- Support business development activities, exhibitions, and wedding events when needed.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
