We are looking for a self motivated individual with a high passion and drive for enhancing the quality standards of the business with rich experience in the banking domain and quality function.
Skillset Requirement:
- Hands on experience in Six Sigma / Lean methodologies with project experience
- Proven experience as Quality Manager
- Exposure to ISO 9001:2015 will be an added advantage
- Knowledge of performance evaluation and customer service metrics
- Experience in transactional monitoring and customer experience evaluation with proven track record of improving customer journey/experience
- Minimum 7 years experience in Banking domain

Job Description:
- Design, develop and deploy Lean VSM initiatives in line with customer expectation and business requirements
- Drive Lean programs across domain to streamline the processes
- Deliver business benefits including tangible, financial savings, reduced business risks through Lean projects
- Experience in driving improvement projects
- Hands on experience in executing Lean projects
- Coordinate with internal leadership and client stakeholders to address top quality concerns and provide recommendation basis training need assesments
- Contribute to the team's overall continuous improvement goals by providing recommendations to enhance the project services
- Provide periodic reviews with client and internal stakeholders on the Lean projects progress
