Job Overview

Baseline is looking for an Estimation & Planning Engineer (Civil) with experience in industrial and commercial projects. The role involves project cost estimation, quantity take-offs, BOQ preparation, project planning, scheduling, and progress monitoring.

Key Responsibilities

- Prepare detailed cost estimates for civil works in industrial and commercial projects.
- Perform quantity take-offs from drawings and project documents.
- Prepare BOQs, cost sheets, and estimation reports.
- Develop project schedules, bar charts, and work programs.
- Monitor project progress against approved schedules.
- Assist in resource planning, material planning, and project tracking.
- Coordinate with design, procurement, and site execution teams.
- Identify schedule deviations and support corrective planning actions.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly planning reports.
- Support tendering, budgeting, and project control activities.
- Review civil drawings, specifications, and scope documents for estimation and planning purposes.

Qualification & Experience

- B.E.



/ B.Tech in Civil Engineering.
- Minimum 2–5 years of experience in civil estimation and project planning.
- Experience in industrial and commercial construction projects preferred.
- Proficiency in MS Project, Primavera P6, and MS Excel.
- Experience in BOQ preparation, quantity take-offs, and cost estimation.
- Understanding of RCC, structural, finishing, and site execution activities.
- Ability to read and interpret civil and structural drawings.
- Robust analytical, coordination, and reporting skills.
- Hands-on experience in project scheduling, resource planning, and progress monitoring.
