Job Title: Hotel Management Faculty
Department: Academics
Location: Kozhikode
Employment Type: Full-Time

Job Summary:

We are seeking a knowledgeable and experienced Hotel Management Faculty to train and mentor students in hospitality and hotel operations. The candidate should be passionate about teaching and capable of delivering both theoretical and practical training.

Key Responsibilities:

- Deliver lectures and practical sessions in hotel management subjects
- Train students in Food Production, Food & Beverage Service, Housekeeping, and Front Office Operations
- Prepare lesson plans, study materials, and conduct assessments
- Monitor student performance and provide academic guidance
- Conduct practical demonstrations and lab sessions




- Maintain discipline and classroom management
- Assist in organizing industrial visits, internships, and placement support
- Participate in academic meetings and curriculum development

Required Qualifications:

- Diploma / Degree in Hotel Management or Hospitality
- Minimum 1–3 years of industry or teaching experience
- Robust communication and presentation skills
- Good practical knowledge of hotel operations

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
