Job Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to potential and existing clients.
Provide product/service information and answer inquiries.
Maintain and update customer records accurately.
Assist with follow-up calls to ensure customer satisfaction.
Work closely with the sales team to ensure seamless client interactions.
Requirements:
Previous telecalling or customer service experience is a plus.
Excellent verbal communication in Tamil and English.
Ability to work in a rapid-paced environment.
Basic computer skills for data entry.
Location: Tambaram Timing: Full time, 10:00 AM - 6:30 PM
