Key Responsibilities
Handle domestic and international flight reservations and ticketing.
Book, issue, reissue, cancel, and refund airline tickets.
Manage flight itinerary changes and schedule modifications.
Provide fare quotations and travel solutions to clients.
Coordinate with airlines and consolidators for special fares and group bookings.
Ensure accurate and timely processing of all ticketing requests.
Assist clients with travel-related queries and provide skilled guidance.
Maintain proper booking records and update CRM systems.
Monitor airline policies, fare changes, baggage rules, and travel advisories.
Handle urgent travel requests and last-minute bookings efficiently.
Ensure compliance with company SOPs and quality standards.
Coordinate with visa, tours, and operations teams for complete travel arrangements.

Pay: ₹16,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:
Bhopal, Madhya Pradesh (Bhopal): Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
