Role Description This is a full time, on-site Field Sales Representative role based in Rewa. The Field Sales Representative will visit assigned villages and local markets to promote the organization’s financial products and services, explain product features and benefits, and support potential customers in understanding eligibility and documentation requirements. The role includes generating new leads,



conducting group and individual meetings, and following up on inquiries to convert prospects into customers. The Field Sales Representative will collect and verify customer documents, coordinate with branch and back-office teams for application processing, and ensure timely completion of transactions. The position also involves maintaining accurate records of visits and sales activities, providing feedback from the field to improve products and processes, and upholding the organization’s compliance, ethics, and customer service standards.
Qualifications
Robust sales, negotiation, and relationship-building abilities to engage with customers in rural and semi-urban areas.
Valuable communication and interpersonal skills in relevant local languages and basic English or Hindi.
Ability to work independently in the field, manage time effectively, and handle daily travel within assigned territories.
