Riyasat Infra Developers is hiring a dynamic and result-driven Sales Executive for our Old Panvel location. The ideal candidate will be responsible for pitching real estate projects to clients, organizing site visits, and driving sales closures.Key Responsibilities:

- Client Calling: Call prospective buyers from the company database and explain project details.
- Site Visits: Accompany clients to project sites in and around Panvel, showcasing property features.
- Sales Closure: Handle negotiations, follow up with warm leads, and close property bookings.




- Relationship Management: Maintain good relations with clients to generate referrals.

Requirements:

- Education: 12th Pass / Graduate.
- Skills: Excellent communication skills in Hindi and Marathi/English. Strong convincing power.
- Travel: Must have a personal two-wheeler for local site visits.
- Location Preference: Candidates residing in Panvel, Navi Mumbai, or nearby areas will be preferred.
