Job Description

As a Sales Coordinator, you will be responsible for order processing, coordinating with distributors and depots, and ensuring timely delivery of materials to clients. The ideal candidate must be proactive, able to handle high-pressure situations, and possess excellent communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Order Processing:

- Receive orders from distributors/sales teams and check stock availability at depots.

- Register orders in the ERP system once the material is ready for dispatch.

- Notify clients immediately if there is any delay in delivery due to stock unavailability. For smaller orders, communicate delays immediately.

2. Delivery Scheduling:

- Coordinate with depots and inform distributors of delivery dates.

- Update clients on any unforeseen delays or issues with the readiness of material.

3. Additional Tasks:

- Undertake other responsibilities as assigned by the company as needed.

Required Skills and Behaviors:

- High-level coordination skills:



Must be able to effectively manage multiple tasks and deadlines.

- Patience: Demonstrate calm and patience when dealing with clients, even in challenging situations.

- Excellent communication: Able to convey information clearly and professionally to clients, distributors, and internal teams.

- Team collaboration: Work closely with the logistics team to ensure seamless operations.

- Problem-solving: Proactively address and resolve issues related to order processing and delivery.

Preferred Qualifications:

- Experience in the service industry or similar roles.

- Familiarity with ERP systems and logistics processes.

- Must be from the Navi Mumbai area, ideally residing near Vashi.

Working Conditions:

- Workdays: Monday to Saturday (full working day on Saturdays).

- Work Hours: 10:00 am to 6:00 pm.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
