About the Role

We are looking for a talented and performance-driven Digital Marketing Executive who has hands-on experience in Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads, and Meta Ads. The candidate should be capable of independently planning, executing, optimizing, and scaling paid advertising campaigns to generate leads, sales, and brand awareness.

This is a full-time onsite position in Haridwar and is ideal for candidates who are passionate about digital marketing and performance advertising.

Key Responsibilities

- Create, manage, and optimize Google Ads campaigns (Search, Display, Shopping, Performance Max, Remarketing)
- Create and manage Facebook Ads and Instagram Ads campaigns
- Handle Meta Business Suite and Ads Manager
- Generate qualified leads and improve campaign ROI
- Conduct keyword research and audience targeting
- Set up conversion tracking, Meta Pixel, and Google Analytics
- Monitor daily ad performance and optimize campaigns
- Create retargeting and lookalike audience campaigns
- Manage advertising budgets effectively
- Prepare weekly and monthly campaign performance reports
- Coordinate with the creative team for ad creatives and content
- Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends and platform updates

Required Skills

- Minimum 1 year of practical experience in Digital Marketing
- Strong knowledge of Google Ads
- Solid knowledge of Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram)
- Experience with Lead Generation Campaigns




- Understanding of Conversion Tracking and Analytics
- Knowledge of Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager
- Experience in Audience Segmentation and Retargeting
- Understanding of Social Media Marketing
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Good communication and reporting abilities

Educational Qualification

Graduation is Mandatory
(B.Com, BBA, BCA, BA, B.Sc., MBA Marketing or equivalent)

Preferred Qualifications

- Google Ads Certification
- Meta Blueprint Certification
- Experience in E-commerce or Consumer Product Marketing
- Experience handling monthly ad budgets above ₹50,000

- Is willing to work onsite in Haridwar
- Can join immediately or within a short notice period
