Key Responsibilities
- Patient Care: Provide comprehensive clinical care to OPD and IPD patients, ensuring accurate diagnosis and evidence-based treatment plans.
- Emergency Response: Manage medical emergencies, stabilize critical patients, and coordinate timely referrals or intensive care admissions when required.
- Routine Procedures: Perform minor clinical and surgical procedures safely.
- Team Collaboration: Coordinate effectively with consultants, nursing staff,
and laboratory teams to streamline patient management.
- Documentation: Maintain exact, meticulous, and up-to-date electronic health records (EHR) and medico-legal documentation.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Education: MBBS degree from a recognized medical college/university.
- Registration: Valid registration with the Medical Council of India (MCI) / National Medical Commission (NMC) or Himachal Pradesh Medical Council.
- Experience: A minimum of 4 to 5 years of active clinical experience in a reputed hospital or clinical setup.
- Skills:
- Strong diagnostic acumen and prompt clinical decision-making.
- Excellent communication skills with an empathetic approach to patient care.
- Ability to handle high-pressure emergency situations efficiently.
