Role Overview

We are looking for a motivated and target-driven inside Sales Specialist to join our team in Bengaluru East. This is a full-time, on-site role focused on outbound sales calling. The primary responsibility is to connect with prospective customers, qualify leads, generate interest, and convert them into showroom visits. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, a persuasive approach, and a robust drive to achieve sales targets. ## Key Responsibilities * Make outbound calls to prospective customers from assigned lead databases.





- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products and offers.
- Explain product features, pricing, finance options, and ongoing promotional offers.
- Qualify leads and schedule showroom visits and test drives.
- Conduct timely follow-ups to maximize lead conversion and appointment rates.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and follow-up activities in the CRM system.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly calling, appointment, and conversion targets.
- Handle customer objections professionally and ensure a positive customer experience.
- Coordinate with the showroom sales team for seamless lead handover and follow-up.

## Qualifications & Skills Minimum 1 year of experience in Inside Sales, Outbound Telesales, Telemarketing, or Lead Generation.

- Excellent verbal communication, negotiation, and persuasion skills.
- Proven ability to achieve sales and conversion targets.
- Basic knowledge of CRM software and MS Office applications.
- Prior experience in the automotive industry is preferred; experience with premium or luxury brands is an added advantage.
- Self-motivated, customer-focused, and target-oriented.
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- Willingness to work on-site in Bengaluru East and during weekends or peak business hours, if required.
