ABOUT FONTANA HOTELS AND RESORTS LTD.

Fontana Hotels and Resorts Ltd is an upcoming integrated hospitality project in Irinjalakuda, Thrissur, comprising a hotel, sports center, and convention facility. We are currently in the pre-opening phase and are building our core leadership team.

ROLE SUMMARY

We are seeking an experienced Finance Manager to lead the finance and accounts function during the pre-opening and construction phase. The role carries a CFO designation for statutory and compliance purposes.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

- Financial planning, budgeting, and cash flow management
- Maintaining books of accounts and overseeing day-to-day accounting operations
- Ensuring compliance with GST, TDS, ROC filings, and other statutory requirements
- Liaison with auditors, banks, and financial institutions




- Preparation of financial statements and MIS reports for Board review
- Monitoring project expenditure and cost control in coordination with the Project Manager
- Supporting fundraising, shareholder transactions, and capital account management

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE

- MBA (Finance) / M.Com / ICWA or equivalent; CA qualification is not mandatory
- Minimum 8–10 years of experience in finance and accounts
- Prior experience in hospitality, real estate, or construction finance preferred
- Proficient in Tally, MS Excel, and accounting software
- Solid knowledge of Kerala/Indian statutory compliance To Apply:
