About the Role

Shivaay is looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Excel Expert to join our dynamic team in Zirakpur. The ideal candidate will have 4–5 years of experience in data analysis, reporting, and dashboard creation using Microsoft Excel.

This is a night shift, on-site position suited for someone who is highly analytical, organized, and passionate about turning data into actionable insights.

Key Responsibilities

- Create, maintain, and optimize Excel-based reports, dashboards, and trackers.
- Perform data cleaning, analysis, and visualization to support decision-making.
- Automate reporting workflows to enhance operational efficiency.
- Validate and ensure accuracy and consistency across large datasets.
- Collaborate with various teams to deliver timely and accurate insights.





Required Skills & Qualifications

- 4–5 years of professional experience with Microsoft Excel.
- Strong command of advanced Excel functions, formulas, and data analysis tools.
- Experience with Macros or VBA is preferred.
- Excellent attention to detail and strong analytical skills.
- Comfortable working on-site during the night shift (9 PM – 6 AM).
- Ability to work effectively 6 days a week in a fast-paced environment.
