Job Responsibilities

- Provide guidance on developing cloud-native web applications.
- Lead the architecture, design, and delivery of enterprise grade microservices
- Deliver assigned projects within budgeted time, cost and agreed quality standards in Agile Scrum workplace
- Partner with Product Management,



Architects, Operations, other delivery teams and Release Management to ensure effective launch and delivery of projects to satisfy business needs
- Lead teams to ensure project delivery success
- Apply best-practices and coding patterns that ensure world-class solutions that are maintainable, modular, and of high code-quality
- You work with designers, business analysts, and product managers to estimate and plan projects in an Agile environment.
- Help define Technical Roadmap and own the entire product delivery end to end.
- Create a culture that insists on meeting expectations and delivering value
- Drive automated solutions that enable better efficiency and process improvement
- Grow and manage the skills and talent in the team
- Manage communication cross-functionally and escalate promptly as issues arise
- Take responsibility for ensuring customer satisfaction during project delivery
- Excellent problem-solving skills You Must Have:
- Bachelor's degree with 12 - 15 years related experience, of which at least 8+ years in development, 4+ years of Engineering Management role and leading scrum teams.
- Experience in micro service architecture, domain driven design, and RESTful Services using languages such as Java, Node, or Go
- Experience working in a distributed/cloud-based environment (e.g. Azure, Amazon, Rackspace, GCP etc.)
- Exposure to continuous integration, unit testing, static analysis, and automated integration tests. Continuous delivery experience preferred.
- Experience in eCommerce domain is a plus
- Strong hands-on knowledge and experience in design and coding
- Hands on experience in Java, J2ee technologies.
- Experience with Web applications development using Java and MVC
- Experience in managing and rolling out React Native, Android and iOS applications.
- Experience with massive-scale performance and scalability engineering
- Must have extensive experience managing projects with Agile Scrum methodology
- Must be confident, highly motivated and passionate about delivery and customer satisfaction
