Location: Dibrugarh, Assam

Key Responsibilities:

✔ College, University & Institutional Outreach

✔ Student Counselling, Mobilization & Admissions Support

✔ Business Development, Partnership Development & Relationship Management

✔ Employer Engagement & Placement Opportunity Development

✔ Corporate Training Opportunity Identification & Follow-up

✔ Workshop, Seminar & Awareness Session Coordination

✔ Lead Generation, Prospect Management & Follow-up

✔ Career Awareness, Employability & Workforce Development Initiatives

✔ Industry Engagement & Stakeholder Relationship Building

✔ Educational, Government, NGO & Council Liaison Activities

✔ Market Research, Opportunity Identification & Competitor Tracking

✔ Database Development & Management (Institutions, Employers, Partners & Prospects)

✔ Event Planning, Coordination & Execution Support

✔ Social Media & Community Engagement Support (when required)

✔ Support New Projects, Strategic Initiatives & Organizational Growth Activities

✔ Travel across Assam, Northeast India,



and other parts of the country in support of institutional outreach, partnership development, business development, and organizational initiatives.

Who Should Apply:

✔ Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills

✔ Confident in meeting new people, building relationships, and representing the organization professionally

✔ Proactive, resourceful, self-driven, and willing to take ownership of responsibilities

✔ Comfortable interacting with students, parents, educational institutions, employers, industry partners, and other stakeholders

✔ Willingness to travel across Assam, Northeast India, and other parts of India as and when required

✔ Solid follow-up, coordination, networking, and relationship management skills

✔ Comfortable with phone calls, emails, WhatsApp, Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, AI tools, and other digital platforms

✔ Ability to identify opportunities, solve problems, and work independently with minimal supervision

✔ Passion for employability, workforce development, education, training, youth development, and career advancement initiatives

✔ Prior experience in Business Development, Institutional Relations, Admissions, Counselling, Outreach, Corporate Relations, Customer Service, Hospitality, Education, Training, Recruitment, Placement, Sales, or related fields will be an advantage





✔ Fresh graduates with exceptional communication skills, confidence, initiative, and a robust willingness to learn are also encouraged to apply
