Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role based in Sahibzada Ajit Singh Nagar for a Driver Payroll, Billing & Sales professional. The role involves managing driver payroll, ensuring accurate calculation of hours, miles, and relevant allowances, and resolving any payroll discrepancies in a timely and fair manner.

The position requires preparing, reviewing, and processing customer billing for transportation services, verifying supporting documentation, and coordinating with operations and finance to maintain accuracy. The team member will support sales activities by preparing quotations, assisting with rate negotiations, maintaining customer records,



and following up on leads and inquiries. Daily tasks include updating internal systems, producing periodic reports, communicating with drivers and customers, and collaborating with other departments to support smooth logistics operations and excellent service delivery.

Qualifications

- Strong understanding of trucking operations and equipment, including exposure to Truck and related logistics processes.
- Knowledge of Truck Driving requirements and familiarity with CDL Class A standards to effectively coordinate with drivers and understand route, safety, and compliance needs.
- Excellent Communication skills, with the ability to work collaboratively across teams and clearly convey information to drivers, customers, and internal stakeholders.
- Customer Service orientation, with the ability to handle inquiries, resolve issues professionally, and build long-term relationships.
- Prior experience in payroll, billing, or accounts within transportation or logistics is highly preferred.
- Proficiency with spreadsheets, billing software, and basic accounting principles.
- Strong attention to detail, numerical accuracy, and organizational skills to manage multiple accounts and deadlines.
- Ability to work on-site full-time in Sahibzada Ajit Singh Nagar and collaborate in a quick-paced operations environment.
- Diploma or bachelor’s degree in commerce, business, logistics, or a related field is an advantage.
