Customer Engagement Executive – Interior Design

Location: Kasturi Nagar/ HRBR Layout - Bangalore

About the Role

Do you enjoy interacting with people, building connections, and helping customers take the next step toward their dream home?

FABDIZ is looking for a Customer Engagement Executive to connect with homeowners who have already expressed interest in interior design services and help them schedule consultations with our expert Design Team.

This is not a field sales or closing role.

Your primary responsibility is to engage with interested customers, understand their requirements, and encourage them to attend a design consultation or visit our Experience Centre.

What You'll DoCustomer Engagement

- Connect with homeowners who have shown interest in interior design services
- Understand their project requirements, timelines, and expectations
- Build trust and create a positive first impression of the FABDIZ brand

Appointment Scheduling
- Schedule virtual consultations and Experience Centre visits
- Guide customers through the consultation process
- Ensure maximum attendance for scheduled appointments

Follow-Up & Relationship Building
- Follow up with prospective customers through calls and messages
- Address basic queries and maintain customer engagement
- Reconnect with interested customers who have not yet scheduled a consultation

Coordination
- Work closely with Interior Designers and Design Consultants
- Maintain accurate lead information and appointment schedules




- Ensure a seamless customer journey from inquiry to consultation

Who Can Apply?
- Freshers and experienced candidates (0–5 years)
- Background in Customer Service, Customer Support, Presales, Telecalling, Relationship Management, Hospitality, Front Office, Retail, or Appointment Scheduling preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Comfortable speaking with customers over phone and WhatsApp
- Positive attitude and customer-first mindset
