· Primary responsibility of accounts payable transactions which includes verifying vendor bills/invoices and processing & accounting the same in SAP.
· Maintaining the vendor payment master file with invoices details etc for better control and furnishing the payment details to various stakeholders.
· MSME vendors tracking and making sure that there is no delay in payment to the MSME vendors as part of the statutory compliances. Preparation of data for the half yearly MSME return.
· Proficiency in banking and other statutory/regulatory compliance requirements which also include STPI/EOU reporting.
· Joint responsibility for Indirect Tax compliances (GST) including statutory reporting and compliances.
· Preparation and review of Monthly B/s breakdown of all the assets and liabilities and uploading the same in the Blackline MIS tool.
· Joint responsibility for verification and processing of employee travel and other reimbursements.
· Assistance in preparation of various audit schedules for statutory & internal audit.
· Proficiency in various SAP functionalities.
· Finally, end to end knowledge about core accounting and finance and being ready to take up any role in Accounts & Finance.
