About the Role

We are looking for a creative, confident, and enthusiastic Content Associate to support content creation for the OncoBuddy app and social media platforms. This role involves shooting, designing, and editing engaging content related to cancer awareness, patient stories, doctor interactions, and health education.

This is a hands-on role ideal for someone passionate about storytelling, digital content, and visual communication, with the ability to actively participate in content creation both behind and in front of the camera when required.

Key Responsibilities

- Shoot photo and video content for OncoBuddy social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, etc.)
- Assist in planning and executing content shoots (reels, interviews, awareness videos, testimonials)
- Set up basic lighting and manage shoot arrangements
- Design creatives using Canva (posters, reel covers, thumbnails, story posts, etc.)
- Perform basic video editing for reels and short-form content
- Support in organizing and managing shoot equipment
- Collaborate with marketing and patient engagement teams for content ideas
- Maintain brand consistency across all visual and video content
- Participate in content presentations or video formats when required





Skills & Requirements:
- Basic knowledge of video shooting (mobile or camera)
- Familiarity with Canva (mandatory)
- Basic video editing skills (any editing software)
- Understanding of Instagram Reels and short-form content trends
- Strong communication skills and confidence in presenting ideas
- Comfortable engaging in visual content formats when required
- Creative mindset with attention to detail
- Willingness to learn and adapt
- Good teamwork and collaboration skills

Nice to Have (Not Mandatory):
- Experience in healthcare or awareness content
- Knowledge of lighting setups
- Experience managing social media content
- Exposure to on-camera presentations or hosting content

Work Requirement:
- This is a full time, in-office role based in Bangalore
- Candidates must be available to work from the office and participate in regular shoots and team collaborations

Training & Support: Training will be provided for shoot setup, lighting basics, and brand guidelines. Candidates with basic creative skills but a strong learning attitude are encouraged to apply.
