M s Bhavajna Power systems pvt ltd A Group Company of SIGMA AUTOMATION INSTGRUMENTS is having its Registered office and factory in Rajahmundry - Andhra Pradesh with wide sales network in various important location like Hyderabad Visakhapatnam Bhubaneswar Bangalore Pune Chennai Vadodara Indonesia We have sate of the art manufacturing facility with a shop floor of 30 000 Sft built in a spacious 1 1 2 acre land with all latest machinery and fully automated chemical treatment plant and powder coating unit latest material Handling equipment and panel assembling and wiring section with all latest tools and tackles including Various High end design software Test and measuring instruments with skilled engineers and technicians and also following all good manufacturing practices on the shop floor to meet all International standards Join Our Team at Sigma Automation Instruments Position CNC Laser Cutting Press Brake Bus bar Machine Operators Location RAJAHMUNDRY Employment Type Full-Time Job Summary We are seeking a skilled and experienced machine operator to handle CNC Laser Sheet Cutting Machines Press Brake Machines and 3-in-1 Busbar Processing Machines cutting punching and bending The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with CNC machinery and a good understanding of sheet metal or busbar fabrication processes Key Responsibilities 1 CNC Laser Sheet Cutting Machine Set up and operate CNC laser cutting machine to cut metal sheets according to design specifications Load unload materials and ensure correct material grade and thickness Interpret technical drawings and CAD files Monitor machine operation to detect any malfunctions and make necessary adjustments Perform routine maintenance and cleaning of laser cutting equipment Maintain safety standards and proper handling of laser systems 2 Press Brake Machine Set up tooling and program the press brake machine for bending operations Read and interpret blueprints work orders and bending charts Inspect parts for conformance to specifications using measuring tools calipers protractors etc Adjust machine settings to ensure accurate bends and angles Keep records of production output and maintenance logs 3 3-in-1 Busbar Processing Machine Operate busbar cutting punching and bending functions as required Load busbar materials copper aluminum and set machine parameters Monitor processing to ensure dimensions and shapes are within tolerances Perform quality checks and record data Clean and maintain machine components Requirements High school diploma or technical vocational certificate Minimum 2-5 years of experience operating CNC laser and or press brake machines Experience with busbar processing equipment is a strong advantage Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and technical documentation Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail Knowledge of safety practices in a manufacturing environment Basic knowledge of machine maintenance and troubleshooting Ability to work independently and as part of a team Preferred Skills Familiarity with CAD CAM software or CNC machine interface Forklift or crane operation certification is a plus Understanding of ISO quality standards Robust work ethic and time management skills Working Conditions Factory environment with exposure to noise heat and metal particles Requires standing for long periods and handling heavy materials with lifting aids May require shift work or overtime depending on production needs Salary Based on experience and qualifications Job Type Full-time Benefits Provident Fund Application Question s Familiarity with CAD CAM software or CNC machine interface Forklift or crane operation certification is a plus Education Bachelor s Preferred Experience operating CNC laser and press brake machines 3 years Required busbar processing equipment 3 years Required Location Rajahmundry Andhra Pradesh Required Work Location In person
