Role Description This is a full-time, in office Client Servicing Manager role based in Goregaon.

The Client Servicing

Manager will act as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, understanding their business objectives and translating them into clear briefs for internal creative, digital, and media teams. The role involves coordinating end-to-end campaign execution, managing timelines and deliverables, and ensuring seamless communication among clients and internal stakeholders. The person in this position will monitor campaign performance, prepare reports,



and proactively identify opportunities to enhance client satisfaction and business growth.

Responsibilities also include managing client meetings and presentations, addressing feedback, supporting new business pitches for semi-urban and rural markets, and ensuring that all work aligns with brand goals and agency standards.

Qualifications

- Strong client-facing abilities, including Client Services and Client Relations skills, with experience managing multiple accounts or projects.
- Focus on Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service, with a track record of building long-term, trust-based partnerships.
- Excellent Communication skills, including clear verbal, written, and presentation abilities for internal and external stakeholders.
- Proven experience in advertising, digital marketing, or brand management, preferably with exposure to Tier 2/3 and rural markets.
- Ability to coordinate cross-functional teams, manage timelines and budgets, and handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret campaign performance, client feedback, and market insights to recommend improvements.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business, Communications, or a related field; relevant agency experience is an advantage.
- Comfort working on-site in Goregaon with a collaborative, solution-oriented, and inclusive approach to teamwork.
