The Opportunity

We are seeking a Capital & Investor Relations Associate to work directly with the Founder on raising capital, managing investor relationships, and helping evaluate, structure, and execute real estate investment opportunities across multiple strategies and geographies. This is a hybrid mandate. The role combines capital formation and investor relations with hands-on investment work; articulating the investment thesis to prospective investors, supporting and driving capital raises, maintaining strong ongoing relationships with our investor base, and contributing to underwriting and deal execution alongside the investment team.

This is not a back-office role. The selected candidate will be involved in live capital raises, investor relationships, transactions, investment committee discussions, due diligence, and strategic decision-making from day one. The role is ideally suited for an experienced professional seeking end-to-end ownership across capital formation, investor relations, and real estate investing on a lean, founder-led platform. __________________________________________________________________________________ Key Responsibilities 1.

Fundraising & Capital Formation - Drive and support end-to-end capital raises across funds, co-investments, and deal-level structures

- Develop fundraising strategy, positioning, and investor outreach campaigns
- Prepare pitch decks, fund collateral, teasers, and investor presentations
- Identify, research, and build relationships with prospective investors (family offices, HNWIs, institutional and strategic capital) across target geographies 2.

Investor





Relations - Serve as a key point of contact for investor communications and queries

- Prepare periodic investor reporting, performance updates, capital account statements, and capital call / distribution notices
- Own and maintain investor records, data rooms, and CRM systems
- Manage investor onboarding, KYC/AML coordination, and ongoing relationship management 3.

Investment

Evaluation & Underwriting - Build and maintain detailed financial models for acquisition, development, and structured investment opportunities

- Conduct feasibility studies, sensitivity analyses, and downside scenario assessments
- Perform asset-level and portfolio-level valuation exercises
- Evaluate risk-adjusted returns and investment attractiveness 4.

Investment

Committee & Deal Documentation - Prepare investment memorandums and underwriting reports

- Develop investment theses supported by market and financial analysis
- Identify key risks, mitigation, and execution considerations
- Support investment committee decision-making processes 5.

Transaction

Structuring - Analyze and structure capital stacks, joint ventures, and investment partnerships

- Model distribution waterfalls and investor return scenarios
- Assist with transaction execution, due diligence, and negotiations
- Coordinate with legal, financial, and external advisors 6.

Market

Research & Strategic Analysis - Conduct micro-market and sector-level research

- Analyze comparable transactions, land values, development trends, and market dynamics
- Track macroeconomic and capital market developments impacting investment decisions 7.

Portfolio

Monitoring - Monitor active investments and project performance

- Track business plans, budgets, milestones, and risk indicators
- Prepare investor and management reporting materials

Experience 3–6 years of experience across one or more of the following:

- Fund placement, capital raising,



or investor relations within an asset manager, fund, or placement agent
- Real Estate Private Equity
- Real Estate Investment & Development
- Investment Banking
- Big 4 Transaction Advisory Services (TAS)
- Valuations Advisory
- Similar transaction-oriented or capital-facing investment roles 2.

Mandatory

Requirements - Demonstrable experience in capital raising, investor relations, or fund marketing

- Real estate or real-asset transaction exposure
- Robust valuation and financial modeling capabilities
- Excellent written and verbal communication, with the ability to represent the firm credibly to investors
- Ability to independently manage investor relationships and analyze investment opportunities 3.

Preferred Qualifications - Existing relationships with family offices, HNWIs, or institutional investors

- Exposure to joint ventures, capital structuring, or private equity transactions
- Experience evaluating land, development, or income-producing assets
