Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and target-driven Branch Sales Manager to lead the sales operations of our Vellore branch. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving revenue growth, managing client relationships, leading the sales team, and ensuring the achievement of branch business goals.

Key Responsibilities

- Drive branch revenue and achieve monthly sales targets
- Manage client consultations and convert leads into confirmed bookings
- Lead, train, and motivate the sales team to improve performance
- Generate new business opportunities through referrals, partnerships, and networking
- Ensure timely follow-up and closure of all sales inquiries
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships
- Monitor sales performance and prepare periodic business reports
- Coordinate with operations and production teams for smooth project execution
- Maintain CRM records and track lead conversion metrics




- Ensure excellent customer experience throughout the sales process

- Strong sales and business development experience

Qualification

- Any Graduate
- MBA in Marketing, Sales, or Business Administration preferred

Experience

- 3 to 6 years of experience in Sales, Business Development, Branch Operations, or Client Management
- Experience in wedding services, hospitality, events, retail, or service industries will be an added advantage
