We are looking for a Assistant Accounts Executive to support our Accounts Department The ideal candidate should have basic accounting knowledge hands-on experience in day-to-day accounting activities and the ability to work accurately under supervision Key Responsibilities Maintain day-to-day accounting entries in Tally Prepare and verify vouchers bills purchase invoices and expense statements Handle cash and bank transactions including Bank Reconciliation Statements BRS Assist in maintaining records related to procurement processing cold storage and logistics expenses Support preparation of GST-related data invoice verification and statutory compliance Assist in monthly closing of accounts and management reports Maintain proper filing of accounting and statutory documents Coordinate with production stores and logistics departments for accounts-related data Support senior accounts staff during audits and inspections Requirements Skills B Com M Com qualification 6 months to 1 year of accounting experience Working knowledge of Tally MS Excel and MS Office Basic understanding of GST and statutory compliance Good numerical accuracy and attention to detail Willingness to work in a factory plant environment Candidates residing in or near Tuticorin Thoothukudi will be preferred Job Type Full time Pay Up to 15 000 00 per month Benefits Provident Fund Work Location In person
