Key Responsibilities
- Identify, generate, and develop new sales opportunities in assigned territories.
- Meet prospective customers through field visits, referrals, and lead generation activities.
- Conduct customer meetings and presentations to explain rooftop solar solutions and government subsidy benefits.
- Perform preliminary site surveys and assess the feasibility of solar installations.
- Prepare and follow up on quotations, proposals, and sales documentation.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships to ensure high customer satisfaction.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Coordinate with the technical and operations teams to ensure smooth project execution.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, site visits, and sales activities.
- Represent Stellar Green Solar Solutions professionally and uphold the company's values and vision.
Eligibility Criteria
Educational Qualification
- B.E. / B.Tech
- Diploma Engineering
- B.Sc.
- Renewable Energy or any related technical field
Preferred Skills
- Native Bengali speaker with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong presentation and negotiation abilities.
- Comfortable with extensive field travel.
- Basic understanding of solar energy systems is preferred.
- Proficiency in using smartphones, MS Office, and digital communication tools.
- Self-driven, disciplined, and target-oriented mindset.
Experience
- Freshers are encouraged to apply.
- Prior experience in Sales, Business Development, Field Sales, FMCG Sales, Telecom Sales, Banking Sales, or Renewable Energy Sales will be an added advantage.
