Key Responsibilities:

- Oversee day-to-day office administration and ensure smooth office operations.
- Maintain office cleanliness, hygiene, and overall workplace upkeep.
- Coordinate with housekeeping, security, maintenance teams, and external service providers.
- Monitor and manage office supplies, stationery, pantry items, and inventory.
- Maintain office records, files, agreements, and administrative documentation.
- Handle vendor coordination, service requests, and follow-up for facility-related requirements.
- Support employee onboarding, seating arrangements, and workplace readiness.
- Assist in travel bookings, accommodation arrangements, and verification of related bills.
- Prepare administrative reports and maintain relevant records and trackers.
- Ensure proper functioning of office equipment and coordinate repairs and maintenance when required.




- Support senior management with administrative and operational requirements.
- Monitor office assets and ensure adherence to company administrative policies and procedures.

Key Skills:

- Solid organizational and coordination skills.
- Good communication and vendor management abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple administrative tasks efficiently.

Qualification:

Any Degree
