SKILLS REQUIRED

- Maintain accounting records, billing, and prepare periodic reports.

- Manage day-to-day accounting transactions.

- Send mailers and maintain client databases and reports.

- Handle client queries and provide timely resolutions

- Manage client communications through email and phone

- Follow up with clients for lead conversion, payments, documents, and project updates.

- Support HR, recruitment, and general administrative functions.

TRAINING & SERVICE COMMITMENT

- Candidates will undergo a 6-month Training/Probation period.

- Submission of original 10th, 12th, and Degree/Provisional certificates is mandatory during the Training/Probation period.

- Employees must agree to a minimum service commitment of 11 months from the date of joining. Training reimbursement applicable.
