Qualifications & Prerequisites
- Education: Diploma / Bachelor's degree in Hotel Management, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
- Experience:

(1) Minimum of 3 years experience in hotel sales, reservations, guest relations,



or front office operations with at least 2 years in a supervisory role preferred;
(2) Experience working with and taking care of leisure (foreign & domestic tourist), corporate, and
wedding guests; and
(3) Experience in heritage, boutique, or luxury hotels preferred
- Technical & Skilled Skills:

(1) Knowledge of PMS (Opera / IDS / WINHMS / etc) and Channel Management software (STAAH,
Hotel Spider, etc), WhatsApp API usage, Zoho Campaigns (or similar equivalent);
(2) Familiarity with CRM and marketing platforms such as Zoho Campaigns, Zoho CRM, HubSpot, Leadsquared or similar;
(3) Experience handlign Whatsapp Business/ Whatsapp API based guest or sales communication workflows preferred;
(4) Ability to maintain sales pipelines, follow-up schedules, and customer databases in a structured and organised manner;
(5) Good working knowledge of MS Excel, Word, and Powerpoint; and
(6) Understanding of reservat
