Job Description:
We are looking for a dedicated and customer-focused Customer Support Executive to assist our clients with software-related queries and provide timely support. The ideal candidate should possess strong communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and a basic understanding of computer applications and software systems.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle customer inquiries through phone calls, WhatsApp, and remote support tools.
Guide customers in using the software and resolve their day-to-day issues.
Understand customer concerns and provide accurate solutions in a professional manner.
Escalate technical issues to the concerned department when required.
Maintain records of customer interactions and follow up until resolution.
Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction through effective communication and support.
Qualification:
Graduate in any discipline.
Candidates with a degree in Information Technology (IT), Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related fields will be given preference.
Freshers with strong technical knowledge and valuable communication skills are encouraged to apply.
Skills Required:
Valuable verbal and written communication skills.
Basic knowledge of computers, software applications, and remote support tools.
Ability to understand and explain technical concepts to customers in a simple manner.
Robust problem-solving and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in Hindi; knowledge of English will be an added advantage.
Pay: ₹120,000.00 - ₹180,000.00 per year
