Impact and Scope
We seek agile, engaging presenters with a proven ability to motivate others. We are hiring faculties on full time basis at our Yelahanka office.
In this role, you will lead assigned classes and be trained to deliver our proven curriculum to help our students achieve their highest possible test scores.
Candidates MUST score well on our Aptitude Test (Quants & DILR) to be eligible for an Interview and Demo Lecture Rounds. Aptitude test requirement is waived of for candidates scoring 99%tile or more in CAT or 720 or more in GMAT.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Delivery of Instruction:
Ability to mentor and engage students
Ability to learn our methodology and strategies quickly
Active and ongoing classroom management
Receive and respond to ongoing training, development, and feedback

Student Service:
Mentoring skills to help guide students of all levels achieve their highest scores on "test day"
Respond to or escalate student related issues as they arise
Partner with our service and academics support staff to ensure student needs are met

Subject Matter Expertise:




Take various tests – both actual (CAT, IPMAT) and IMS internal tests as stipulated by the academic team
Learn and retain knowledge related to all aspects of tests including knowledge of test format, dates offered, test enrollment process, and admissions timeline

REQUIREMENTS
Previous training/teaching experience preferred (those with no experience but passion to teach and motivate will definitely be considered).
Good Scores on any of the major tests CAT or GMAT will definitely be an added advantage.
Weekend availability is mandatory

Job Type: Full time

Pay: ₹60,000.00 - ₹75,000.00 per month
