RIMS Superspeciality Hospital is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Personal Assistant / Accountant to support both administrative and financial operations of the hospital. This is a dual-role position that requires strong organizational skills, accuracy in accounting, and the ability to handle multiple responsibilities efficiently.
The candidate will be responsible for managing daily schedules, coordinating meetings, handling communication, and maintaining significant records. In addition, they will oversee day-to-day accounting activities such as billing, bookkeeping, maintaining financial records, and assisting with compliance tasks like GST and TDS.
The ideal candidate should be proactive, trustworthy, and capable of working in a fast-paced healthcare setting while maintaining confidentiality and professionalism. Solid knowledge of Tally, MS Excel, and basic accounting principles is essential.
