Job title: Dispatch Executive

Education & Requirement

- Bachelor’s degree
- Minimum 1 years of experience in dispatch
- ERP and Software Skills
- Excellent organizational and time management skills to handle multiple dispatches
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues related to transportation delays, customer complaints, and dispatch discrepancies.
- Attention to Detail - documentation and order
- Knowledge of Transportation Regulations

Responsibilities

- Organize and coordinate the daily dispatch of goods to ensure timely delivery to customers and distributors.
- Plan and optimize dispatch schedules to minimize transportation costs and improve delivery times.
- Ensure coordination with the production and sales teams to meet delivery deadlines and customer requirements.
- Review and verify customer orders, ensuring accurate quantities and product specifications are dispatched.
- Manage stock levels for products to ensure the availability of items for dispatch,



coordinating with the store/warehouse team for timely stock allocation.
- Track order fulfilment and ensure the correct goods are dispatched in accordance with sales orders and delivery schedules.
- Liaise with transportation providers and freight carriers to ensure efficient and cost-effective delivery of goods.
- Manage relationships with third-party logistics providers and resolve any issues related to delivery delays or damages.
- Optimize vehicle routes for effective deliveries, reducing transit times, and improving delivery accuracy.

Pay: ₹11,083.74 - ₹34,537.82 per month
