Job title: ERP Administrator

Work Location: Bhosari-Pune

Education and/or Work Experience Requirements:

- Bachelor degree (Computer Science, IT, Engineering)
- Over 2+ years of experience as ERP Administrator or a similar role
- Excellent computer proficiency (MS Office – Word, Excel, Power Point and Outlook)
- Experience with ERP Systems (Equivalent to “TCS iON” )
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including ability to work independently, carry out duties in assigned time, effectively communicate with internal and external customers
- Must be able to work under pressure and meet deadlines, while maintaining a positive attitude and providing exemplary customer service

Key Responsibilities:

- Providing support to users by answering questions about system usage and functionality
- Maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing the system’s software and hardware components




- Conducting user training sessions to new/existing users on recent applications or processes within the system
- Reviewing and approving proposed changes to existing programs to ensure compliance with company policies
- Recommending changes in processes to improve efficiency based on analysis of data from system usage
- Generating various reports from the system and scheduling to respective users. Generating MIS reports to present to CEO.
- Providing technical support for an organization’s information technology (IT) infrastructure.
