Company: Tirth Hygiene Technology Pvt. Ltd. is a distinguished manufacturer of a wide range of Road Sweeping Machines under brand name “CLEANLAND”. Founded in the year 2013 and situated at Nadiad (Gujarat, India), we have constructed a wide and well functional infrastructural unit that plays an significant role in the growth of our firm.

We are seeking an experienced Production Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering (Automobile/Diesel Mechanical) and 5–10 years of experience in fabrication, automotive body building, construction equipment, agricultural machinery, municipal equipment, truck body manufacturing, or heavy engineering industries. Knowledge of welding processes, hydraulic systems, sheet metal fabrication, and assembly operations

Salary Slab: ₹10 - ₹12 lacs per year (Compensation will be commensurate with the candidate’s current salary, experience, and overall profile.)

Key Responsibilities

- Plan and manage daily production activities for truck-mounted and ride-on road sweeping machines.
- Supervise fabrication, welding, painting, assembly, hydraulic installation, and testing operations.
- Ensure production targets are achieved within scheduled timelines.
- Coordinate with design, procurement, stores, and quality departments.
- Monitor material consumption and control manufacturing costs.




- Implement and maintain quality standards throughout the manufacturing process.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and factory procedures.
- Manage manpower allocation, productivity, attendance, and shift planning.
- Troubleshoot production bottlenecks and implement corrective actions.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly production reports for management.

Preferred Qualifications

- Bachelor's Degree / Diploma in Mechanical Engineering.
- 5–10 years of experience in fabrication, automotive body building, construction equipment, agricultural machinery, municipal equipment, truck body manufacturing, or heavy engineering industries.
- Knowledge of welding processes, hydraulic systems, sheet metal fabrication, and assembly operations.
- Ability to read engineering drawings and BOMs.
- Experience in ERP systems and production planning.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Valuable communication skills in English, Hindi, and Gujarati.
