Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and strategic Talent Acquisition Manager to lead and optimize our end-to-end recruitment function. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing talent acquisition strategies, managing recruitment operations, building employer branding initiatives, and ensuring the organization attracts, hires, and retains top talent.

The Talent Acquisition Manager will collaborate closely with business leaders, hiring managers, and HR teams to understand workforce requirements and deliver high-quality hiring outcomes aligned with organizational goals.

Key Responsibilities

Talent Acquisition Strategy

- Develop and implement comprehensive talent acquisition strategies aligned with business objectives.
- Create workforce planning and hiring roadmaps based on current and future business needs.
- Analyze labor market trends and recommend innovative sourcing approaches.
- Continuously improve recruitment processes to enhance efficiency and candidate experience.
- Develop hiring plans and recruitment budgets.

Recruitment Management

- Manage end-to-end recruitment activities for leadership, mid-level, and entry-level positions.
- Partner with hiring managers to understand job requirements and hiring priorities.
- Review and approve job descriptions and job specifications.
- Oversee candidate sourcing, screening, interviewing, assessment, and selection processes.
- Ensure timely closure of open positions while maintaining quality standards.
- Manage recruitment agencies, consultants, and external hiring partners.





Team Leadership

- Lead, mentor, and develop the Talent Acquisition team.
- Set recruitment KPIs and performance targets.
- Conduct regular performance reviews and coaching sessions.
- Foster a high-performance and collaborative recruitment culture.

Sourcing & Talent Pipeline Development

- Build and maintain talent pipelines for critical and future roles.
- Utilize multiple sourcing channels including:
- LinkedIn
- Job portals
- Employee referrals
- Social media platforms
- Professional networks
- Campus recruitment programs
- Implement proactive talent mapping initiatives.

Stakeholder Management

- Act as a strategic recruitment partner to business leaders.
- Provide hiring managers with market intelligence and recruitment insights.
- Facilitate hiring discussions and decision-making processes.
- Ensure effective communication throughout the recruitment lifecycle.

Employer Branding

- Develop and execute employer branding initiatives.
- Enhance company visibility across recruitment platforms and social media.
- Participate in career fairs, networking events, and industry conferences.
- Promote the organization's Employee Value Proposition (EVP).

Recruitment Analytics & Reporting

- Track and report recruitment metrics including:
- Time-to-fill
- Time-to-hire
- Cost-per-hire
- Source effectiveness
- Offer acceptance rate
- Candidate satisfaction




- Prepare monthly and quarterly hiring reports.
- Use data-driven insights to improve recruitment outcomes.

Compliance & Governance

- Ensure recruitment practices comply with labor laws and company policies.
- Maintain candidate confidentiality and data privacy standards.
- Promote diversity, equity, and inclusion in hiring processes.
- Ensure consistent and fair candidate evaluation methods.

Required Qualifications

Education

- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or related field.
- Master's degree/MBA in HR is preferred.

Experience

- 5–10 years of overall recruitment experience.
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience managing Talent Acquisition teams.
- Experience hiring across multiple functions and levels.
- Experience in high-volume and strategic hiring environments.

Required Skills & Competencies

Technical Skills

- Expertise in full-cycle recruitment.
- Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
- Knowledge of sourcing tools and recruitment technologies.
- Strong recruitment analytics and reporting skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite and HRMS platforms.

Preferred Experience

- Experience in IT, Technology, Manufacturing, BFSI, Healthcare, Retail, or Consulting sectors.
- Experience with employer branding campaigns.
- Exposure to campus hiring and leadership hiring.
- Experience managing recruitment vendors and agencies.
- Familiarity with AI-driven recruitment tools and talent analytics platforms.
