KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

- Provide professional counselling to students regarding overseas education opportunities.
- Manage university applications, admissions, and offer letter follow-ups.
- Handle study visa documentation and filing processes.
- Guide students throughout their study abroad journey.
- Support team operations and ensure timely application processing.
- Maintain high standards of compliance and student service.

REQUIREMENTS

- Minimum 2–3 years of experience in the Study Abroad Industry.
- Strong knowledge of Australia, New Zealand, UK, Canada, and Europe study visa processes.
- Experience in student counselling, admissions, and visa filing.




- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and leadership abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple applications and deadlines effectively.
