2. Role Overview
We are looking for a Business Manager – Customs Clearance, Port Logistics & Import Operations, India to support SolutionMall’s product arrival, customs clearance, port logistics, local delivery coordination,



and import-related business operations in India.
This role is suitable for professionals with experience in international logistics, freight forwarding, import/export operations, customs clearance, port operations, warehouse coordination, inland transportation, product compliance documentation, or cross-border trade operations.
The role focuses on supporting products after international shipment arrival at major Indian ports and customs locations, coordinating import and customs processes, assisting local logistics and warehouse arrangements, supporting import documentation, and helping SolutionMall improve delivery efficiency for project-based orders in India.
This is not a easy administrative logistics role. It is a business coordination role involving freight forwarders, customs brokers, port agents, transport companies, suppliers, customers, warehouses, and project delivery stakeholders
