Job Title: Legal Associate/Intern

Location: Hapur

Salary: ₹10,000 – ₹12,000 per month

Experience: 0–1 years (SARFAESI experience preferred)

We are seeking a Legal Associate/Intern to handle matters under the SARFAESI Act, particularly Section 14 proceedings. Candidates with prior experience will be preferred; however, fresh law graduates are also encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities:

Handling SARFAESI Act matters, especially Section 14 applications
Drafting and filing applications, notices, and legal documents
Coordinating with banks, advocates, district magistrate offices, and authorities
Following up on case status and maintaining legal records
Assisting seniors in legal research and case preparation
Attending court proceedings, if required
Ensuring compliance with legal timelines and procedures

Eligibility Criteria:




Law graduate (LLB) from a recognised university
Experience in SARFAESI / Section 14 matters will be an added advantage
Freshers with an interest in banking and recovery laws may apply
Basic knowledge of legal drafting and court procedures
Valuable communication and coordination skills
Willingness to work from the Hapur location.

Preferred Skills:
Knowledge of SARFAESI Act, RDDB Act (basic level)
Drafting and documentation skills
Attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines
Skilled attitude and eagerness to learn

Pay: Up to ₹10,000.00 per month
