Role Description This is a full-time, in office Travel Consultant role based in Dindigul.

The Travel

Consultant will advise clients on domestic and international travel options, including destinations, itineraries, and suitable tour packages.

Responsibilities include handling travel arrangements such as flights, hotels, transportation, and activities while ensuring accuracy and cost-effectiveness. The role involves managing reservations, issuing confirmations, and coordinating with suppliers to resolve any booking issues.

The Travel

Consultant will provide responsive customer service, address inquiries and changes, and support clients before, during,



and after their trips. Daily tasks also include maintaining up-to-date knowledge of travel regulations, promotions, and visa requirements, as well as using reservation systems and internal tools to manage bookings and payments.

Qualifications
Strong skills in Travel Consulting and Travel Management to effectively advise clients and design suitable itineraries.
Hands-on experience with Travel Arrangements, including flights, accommodations, and ground transportation.
Proficiency in handling Reservations and related systems or platforms to manage bookings and modifications.
Excellent Customer Service abilities, including clear communication, active listening, and problem-solving.
Attention to detail, numerical accuracy, and organizational skills for managing multiple bookings simultaneously.
Basic knowledge of domestic and international destinations, travel documentation, and visa requirements.
Ability to work on-site in Dindigul, collaborate with a team, and adapt to a fast-paced environment.
Prior experience in the travel or hospitality industry is an advantage; a relevant diploma or degree in Tourism, Hospitality, or a related field is preferred.
